Manufacturer Warranty

PeachSkinSheets appreciates the opportunity to make things right for our customers.  We stand behind our product and with proof of purchase have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects in the fabric, finish and workmanship (this does not include stains from regular use or care and/or cigarette burns).  We will gladly exchange and ship out the replacement piece at our cost both ways in the event of a confirmed defect.  Please send a photo of the affected area and description to CustomerCare@PeachSkinSheets.com. In some instances, we may require that the piece (s) in question be mailed back to us at our cost, in order to further determine what has occurred prior to issuing a replacement. Only the defective part(s) will be replaced, not the entire set. Please note to always follow the care instructions and wash and dry your sheets separately....and especially never with jeans, towels, blankets, etc. as they will break down the anti-pill finish.

Sale Price Adjustment and Promo Code Policy

In the event an item goes on sale at a lower price within 48 hours of your purchase, we will gladly credit you back the difference.  Promo codes cannot be combined.

Lost Package Policy

Tracking is automatically sent out by our shipping provider to the email listed on the order. Please always check your Spam folder if you do not receive confirmation in your inbox.

Usually when a package seems lost, it has been delivered to a neighbor, clubhouse, parcel mailbox or left in a garage or at the back door. However, if you still believe your package is lost and tracking indicates that it left our warehouse and has been marked delivered, we suggest 2 things.  First, speak to your postal carrier as many times he/she can recall delivering a box to another address on your street.  Our boxes are clearly marked "PeachSkinSheets" on all four sides, as well as on the packing tape.  Secondly if that is not successful, and tracking shows the package as delivered, the customer must file a claim with USPS here or FedEx here providing your proof of purchase.  If the item is not marked delivered, PeachSkinSheets will take over and file the claim.

We kindly ask that you be proactive if your neighborhood has a pattern of packages being lost, or there is a high risk of a package being taken when left by a gate or on a doorstep.  To avoid any issues, please contact us about adding a required signature (Carriers do charge additional for this service) to your order.   Remember that you know your neighbors, neighborhood and carrier personnel better than we do....our goal is to see "delivered" as the status on a customer's tracking number.

The Original PeachSkinSheets offers a 30 day, 100% money back guarantee and also ships out replacement pieces free of charge for any manufacturer defects* within a 1 yr period.  The return time frame is currently extended through January 31st, 2017 to cover holiday gifts. 2. *Fundraiser purchases are exchange only, as proceeds will have already been distributed to the organization.
